Selection of plants, roots and seeds
Plant materials are selected for their distillation potential and their fit with local growing conditions.

Local agricultural sourcing
Raw material comes from local cultivation in and around Flobecq, based on short supply chains.

Harvest planning
Harvest windows are planned with the grower according to the season and the maturity of the roots and seeds.

Preparation of plant material
Roots are cleaned, sorted and reduced to a suitable size; seeds are dried and graded before distillation.

Artisanal distillation
Small-batch distillation of root material, following traditional practice at a controlled scale.

Monitoring of process parameters
Structured recording of the parameters of each distillation run for later comparison.

Essential-oil separation and collection
Separation of the essential oil, collection and immediate protective storage.

Quality assessment
Assessment of each batch. External analytical testing is being defined with laboratory partners.

A documentation file per batch, linking raw material, process data and results.
